We cook your lunch together – vegan, fast and healthy!

Veganuary is in full swing and as before we would like to motivate you to eat vegan this month. Many of you work from home most of the time and currently you can no longer simply go to the CANTEEN for lunch.

If you’re also running out of ideas for what to put on the table at lunchtime or just feel like not cooking alone for once, then we have something for you:
Because on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 11.:30 am we would like to cook your lunch together with you virtually. Vegan, of course.
Then, in the virtual cooking workshop, we’ll cook a vegan potato and bell pepper curry.

Below you will find the list of ingredients that you need for the preparation.

The preparation time takes about 20 minutes.

Potato Pepper Curry

 

Ingredients for 2 servings:

 

500 g waxy potatoes

150 g yellow pepper

150 g red pepper

40 g onions finely diced

4 g curry powder

5 g yellow curry paste

120 ml vegan cooking cream

300 ml vegetable broth

50 g mung bean sprouts

3 stalks coriander

20 g olive oil

1 lime

50 g sugar snap peas

As a side dish we recommend naan bread or similar.
