January is now several weeks behind us and so is the VEGANUARY project.
This year, Regine and Ansgar from VEGAN ROCK YOU accompanied us throughout January and brought us lots of delicious vegan recipes and happy moments at lunchtime.
A few days ago we also drew the winners of our VEGANUARY collection campaign and would like to give you a little review of how the purely plant-based offer was received in our restaurant.
All in all, we can look back on a successful VEGANUARY, because never before have people eaten and enjoyed purely plant-based food as often as this January.
In total, we served 1,207 more vegan meals in our restaurants in this VEGANUARY 2025 than in the previous January 2024.
And in CANTEEN specifically, we were able to increase our sales by 1,898 meals compared to the previous year with 7,758 purely plant-based dishes.
