Depending on the weather, the season for these small, flavorful mushrooms runs from the beginning of July to the end of October.
We are therefore right in the middle of the season and as it is important to us to use seasonal ingredients, chanterelles will find their way into our dishes over the next few weeks.
The PAPA kitchen team will therefore be preparing a dish with chanterelles for you every Thursday in the coming weeks.

Did you know that chanterelles provide really healthy ingredients such as vitamin D, beta-carotene, folic acid, potassium and iron?
However, they don’t contain large quantities of these nutrients, as the mushrooms consist mainly of water.
