For us, the employees play a central role. For this reason, staff surveys are conducted regularly to continuously improve job satisfaction and to identify needs and grievances more quickly. In the 2018 survey, 52% of employees took part and the findings were extremely positive. Aspects that stood out in particular were the compatibility of family and work as well as general job satisfaction. A clear majority of respondents would recommend PACE as an employer. Overall staff satisfaction was 75%.
PACE is roughly divided into gastronomy, events and personnel. Our 136 employees are 42 years old on average and come from seven nations. They spend an average of 13 years here working in one of our eight restaurants, in the event area or in administration.
The attractiveness of a company as an employer is primarily determined by classic criteria such as salary, career opportunities, scope for action and working atmosphere. Employees are looking for a socially pleasant and cooperative working environment. However, aspects such as security and stability, fairness, work-life balance or social benefits also play an important role.
