MEETING BY PACE is an internal service that gives employees of Axel Springer and all its subsidiaries the opportunity to order food for business meetings.

IF YOU WANT TO BOOK FOOD FOR A MEETING

  • you must be part of the Axel Springer family.
  • you must be planning a meeting that starts before 11.00 am and lasts longer than 4.00 pm.
  • you must have invited external guests as meeting participants.

Good to know

  • We deliver the dishes ordered, but without cutlery and crockery.
  • Cutlery and crockery cannot be ordered via PACE.
  • The food is delivered with disposable tableware (made from the natural material bagasse).
  • Please use the crockery available in your area’s own kitchenette.
  • There will be no collection (e.g. of leftover food).
  • All bookings and payments are made exclusively online.

PICK IT UP!

A meeting is coming up and you need culinary refreshment?

We offer you the possibility of uncomplicated pick-up of various food and beverages for smaller occasions.

 

Whether you need:

  • drinks
  • treats for breakfast
  • a sweet afternoon cake
  • savory snacks

You can order everything with 24 hours notice through our booking system.This means that you can order on day x for the following day, provided that your booking is made on day x by 12 noon. If the booking is made after 12 o´clock, a pickup is only possible on the day after next.
