At the JOURNALISTENCLUB, spring is in the air.

The days are getting longer, asparagus season is here, and with it comes the perfect opportunity for a special evening above the rooftops of Berlin.

On Friday, May 22, we cordially invite you once again to our exclusive spring dinner at the JOURNALISTENCLUB on the 19th floor of the Axel Springer Highrise.

Enjoy a culinary evening with colleagues, friends, or family in a unique setting, complete with what is sure to be the best view of the city.

THE MENU

House-cured beetroot-marinated salmon
with asparagus panna cotta, baked quail egg,
green asparagus, and pickled radishes

served with Beelitz asparagus, buttered potatoes, and hollandaise sauce

Chocolate Cupcakes with Tonka Bean Ice Cream
Strawberries, Rhubarb, and Atsina Cress

The price for the meal is €65 per person.

This includes water, wine, beer, and specialty coffees. Payment can be made using your employee ID card, a debit card, or a credit card.

A subsidy cannot be claimed in this case.
