TRAINEE COOKING DAY AT THE CANTEEN!

On Wednesday, April 16, a very special and spring-like lunch menu awaits you at the CANTEEN!

Because then our trainee chef Pascal will cook his own, self-created 2-course lunch menu for you.

Pascal has come up with the following lunch composition for you:

 

Cream of asparagus soup | chervil oil | focaccia

Kidney bean thaler | wild herb puree | onion essence

 

You shouldn’t miss out on this under any circumstances.
