How does food actually get from the planning stage to the plate?
Following the successful launch at CANTEEN, we are once again opening our doors and inviting all of you who are interested to join us for a special behind-the-scenes tour.
On June 23, we will host the second edition of our Kitchen Insights, this time at PAPA and the JOURNALISTENCLUB.
The first event demonstrated just how much interest there is in the people, processes, and procedures behind our culinary offerings.
The many questions, the open discussion, and the valuable feedback have encouraged us to continue with this format.
What can you expect?
On a guided tour, we’ll take a look behind the scenes of our restaurant together.
Among other things, you’ll get:
- how a commercial kitchen is organized
- how menus are planned
- what behind-the-scenes processes ensure smooth service
- What role do PAPA and JOURNALISTENCLUB play in Axel Springer’s food and beverage offerings?
Of course, there will also be another opportunity to ask questions and chat with our team.

Kitchen Insights thrives on dialogue. The feedback from the first issue has already led to concrete improvements, ranging from labeling spice levels to additional options for ordering side dishes.
