Communication is key!
MyPACE
Our own PACE intranet answers (almost) all questions about our company. 
It provides information on internal news, Axel Springer news, links and templates through to an overview of all our benefits and information from the works council and is constantly being expanded.
Teams
For optimal digital communication, we use Microsoft Teams for chats, meetings, teams and notes. For desktop or mobile devices, it offers a comprehensive portfolio for exchanging information, meeting and organizing. It goes without saying that we have a dedicated team for the entire PACE to reach all employees, regardless of the language.
Peakon employee survey
Our aim is to incorporate the expectations of our employees into the working environment and to maintain and increase employee satisfaction. For this reason, employee surveys have been conducted regularly since September 2021 as part of Peakon employee surveys. 
The surveys cover three segments: employee engagement, health & wellbeing, diversity & inclusion. The survey shows us a very high level of enthusiasm and commitment to our work and our company. The low staff turnover and high length of service (12 years on average) also reflect the satisfaction of our employees.

Inclusion is also important to us, which is why we approach the diversity of our employees in an inclusive, respectful and appreciative manner. A total of 14 different nationalities work at PACE and the average age is 42.

Health Day
Every year Axel Springer SE organizes a Health Day, which focuses on a new topic and invites you to take part in exciting offers, activities, games and workshops.
Health pass
With the fitness pass, PACE rewards employees’ commitment to sport in their free time with a bonus of up to €200 gross per year.
Veggie & vegan
We encourage our employees to eat healthily. We also encourage our employees to enjoy a varied and healthy range of vegetarian and vegan dishes in particular.
As part of PACE, we are also organizing a Workplace Challenge as part of the VEGANUARY, in which all participants can gain great things, but above all a wonderful insight into vegan nutrition.
