We offer purely cashless payment in all our outlets.
Depending on the outlet, you can pay by Paypal, debit and credit card and via the dailyPACE app.
You can find the exact payment options for each outlet on the respective outlet page here on our website.

This can be used to pay for everything except alcoholic drinks and food (i.e. non-alcoholic and hot drinks).

I will receive a corresponding receipt at the cash desk as a hospitality voucher on request. However, the receipts can also be reprinted at the revaluator. Currently, a maximum of 10 receipts from the last 90 days are available for reprinting.

When you leave the company, you can of course get back the money that is still on your house card.
To do this, simply go to one of the two machines (in the PAPA and on the ground floor of the new building between CANTEEN and DINER). There you can have the money refunded to your account via EC or credit card.

MEETING BY PACE is an internal meeting service that gives employees of Axel Springer SE and all subsidiaries the opportunity to order meals for business meetings.

Are you planning to provide food and drinks for individuals or a group in our restaurants, with the exception of the JOURNALISTENCLUB, for which you or your department will cover the costs?
Then the choice to issue vouchers is the right one!
This way, your guests or crew members can enjoy food and drink without having to pay for it themselves.

The entrance to PAPA is currently only via Zimmerstrasse 32.

As an Axel Springer employee, you can claim your individual allowance in all outlets where lunch is offered, i.e. in:

• PAPA
• CANTEEN
• REM
• JOURNALISTENCLUB

1. Click on the dailyPAY button in the app
2. Log in and link your account to your PayPal account once
3. Now you can log in and top up your card or ID card with the desired amount via PayPal

You must first download the app to your smartphone from iTunes or the Google Play Store. This is of course free of charge. The second step is to take your smartphone to one of our recharging points and link your card to our app.

You can get the customer card for a deposit of €10 at the vending machine. You will find this in the PAPA or in the new building on the ground floor.

If you no longer need the card, you can return it to the machine and the deposit will of course be refunded or credited.

I can top up my house card/customer card at the top-up machines in PAPA or in the new building on the ground floor. This is possible via PayPal, EC or credit card or via the dailyPACE app.

This is possible. To do this, you need to download the dailyPACE app (for iPhone or Android) and link it to your PayPal account on your cell phone.

You can reserve a table in both the DINER (from 11:30 - 15:00) and the PAPA (from 11:30 - 15:00). This is very easy to do using our booking tool.

If you would like to reserve a table at PAPA as an external guest, please send a short e-mail to papa@pace.berlin.

It is also possible for Axel Springer SE employees to reserve a table at the JOURNALISTENCLUB. Simply write an e-mail to journalistenclub@pace.berlin

Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a table in CANTEEN, CAFE and REM.
