It’s that time of year again: the scent of Christmas is in the air – and with it, our popular holiday offer, GOOSE TO GO!
Grab your ready-made goose meal, pick it up at our DELI, and enjoy it at home without the stress of cooking, but with all the trimmings.
What’s in?
Depending on your preference, you can choose between goose leg or breast, served with red cabbage and/or kale, two fluffy potato dumplings, and, of course, a generous helping of melt-in-your-mouth gravy.

You can order your GANS TO GO from Friday, November 21, 2025, conveniently via the link below (via the red button).
Pickup is possible Wednesdays through Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 pm at the DELI (ground floor, Axel Springer new building).
You can pay on site at your convenience – with your campus ID or debit card.
To ensure that everything is freshly prepared, we require five business days’ notice.
The first pick up is possible on Friday, November 28, 2025,
and the last one on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
One serving costs €23.00, but of course you can customize your order however you like – more drumsticks, more red cabbage, more sauce? No problem.
We will of course include simple preparation instructions so that your home smells just as delicious as ours.
By the way: if stored in a cool place, the goose will keep for at least four days – perfect for planning your festive menu.
