We welcome fall with open arms, which scores with lots of colorful vegetables. In this respect, we celebrate the harvest season and treat you to an unparalleled feast.
On Friday, September 20, 2024 , we are therefore offering you the opportunity to enjoy a very special dinner with companions of your choice in the exclusive premises on the 19th floor of the Axel Springer high-rise building. (Accompanying persons do not have to be members of the Axel Springer Family!)
The start of the dinner is 7 pm. However, you will have the opportunity to get in the mood with an aperitif starting at 6 pm in the Ullstein-Bar.
The following high-quality 3-course menu awaits you that evening:
Mushroom consommé with spinach strudel *** Braised US beef shovel roast with braised pumpkin, red onion, potato and herb mousseline and cranberry jus *** Poached pear with port-buttermilk ice cream, chocolate ganache and vanilla crumble
The price for the menu is 60 €/person. This includes water, wine, beer and coffee specialties.
Payment can be made via employee ID card, debit or credit card. A subsidy cannot be claimed here.
