Always on November 11, St. Martin’s Day or Saint Martin is celebrated. In the old tradition, a St. Martin’s goose is eaten on this day. And that’s how the PAPA does it too. Our kitchen team offers you on this day – next Friday – again a sumptuous goose dish:
