The scent of anticipation is in the air again: our legendary goose dinner at the JOURNALISTENCLUB is coming up!
On Friday, December 12, 2025, starting at 6 p.m., we invite you to once again look forward to a festive menu that will leave even Christmas angels speechless.
And best of all: you can bring your loved ones along! Family, friends, favorite people—it doesn’t matter whether they’re part of the Axel Springer family or not. The main thing is that they’re hungry and have a big appetite.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
A menu that sparkles with Christmas cheer:
STARTER:
Chestnut cappuccino with saffron pear – creamy, fragrant, heartwarming.
MAIN COURSE:
The most tender goose breast and leg, served with red and green cabbage, fluffy potato dumplings, and a mugwort jus that will make any table decoration jealous.
DESSERT:
Gingerbread mousse meets mulled wine parfait, accompanied by baked apple ragout and cardamom crumble – Christmas on a spoon, so to speak.
As always, water, white and red wine, and specialty coffees are included.
The price per person is €65.
Payment is easy with your employee ID card, debit card, or credit card.
(Just a reminder: Unfortunately, the individual subsidy cannot be used for this purpose.)
