Meet and Eat
MEETING BY PACE is an internal service that enables employees of Axel Springer and all subsidiaries to order food for business meetings.
IF YOU WISH TO BOOK CATERING FOR A MEETING
- you must be part of the Axel Springer family.
- You are planning a meeting that starts before 11 a.m. and lasts longer than 4 p.m.
- You must have invited external guests as meeting participants.
Good to know
We will deliver the food you have ordered, but without cutlery or crockery.
Besteck und Geschirr kann auch nicht über PACE bestellt werden.
The meals are delivered with disposable tableware (made from the natural material bagasse).
Please use the crockery available in your area’s kitchenettes.
There will be no collection (e.g. of leftover food).
All bookings and payments are made exclusively online.

VOUCHERS FOR PACE CATERING
The voucher can then simply be redeemed using a QR code. This is of course ideal if the voucher is intended for someone else.
You can easily book or order vouchers for our restaurant via our booking system and pick them up the very next day.
If you have spontaneous guests, need a last-minute gift or want to give someone a little treat – all this is possible with a PACE voucher, even at very short notice.

Fancy some refreshments?
We offer you the option of conveniently picking up various food and drinks for smaller events.
No matter whether you need:
- Drinks
- Treats for breakfast
- a sweet afternoon cake
- savoury snacks
You can order on day x for the following day, provided that your booking is made by 12 noon on day x.
If the booking is made after 12 noon, collection will only be possible on the day after next.
You can also order meal vouchers for CANTEEN, DINER and PAPA here with two days’ notice.
