It’s almost a tradition – the goose dinner at the JOURNALISTENCLUB! On St. Nicholas Friday, December 6, 2024 from 6 p.m., you can once again enjoy your three-course goose dinner in the exclusive JOURNALISTENCLUB. The great thing is that you can take companions of your choice (they don’t have to be an Axel Springer family member!) to this extraordinary dinner.
So that you can indulge in advance, the menu is already revealed.
This year’s three courses await you:
STARTER:
Chestnut cappuccino with saffron pear
MAIN COURSE:
Breast and leg of goose, red/green cabbage, potato dumplings and mugwort jus
DESSERT:
Gingerbread mousse with mulled wine parfait, baked apple ragout and cardamom crumble
Water, white and red wine and coffee specialties are included to the meal.
The price for a menu is €65 per person.
Payment can be made via your employee ID card, EC card or credit card.
The individual subsidy cannot be claimed here.
