PAPA and CANTEEN are awarded THE sustainability seal for gastronomy!
Whether it’s increasing vegan offerings, reducing food waste, lowering the CO2 emissions caused by production and products, making an effort to source seasonal and regional products and increasingly trying to sensitize employees and guests to our responsibility for the environment. All of this motivated us to apply for GreenCanteen certification with our two large staff restaurants.

The GreenCanteen seal also offers you, our guests, the good knowledge and conscience of enjoying a place where, in addition to the pleasure of good food, conviviality and liveliness, responsibility for our environment is also lived.

The audit process also includes all three dimensions of sustainability – economic, environmental and social.
A few weeks ago, we were informed that both of our restaurants had succeeded in scoring even higher than the minimum of 60% and were therefore awarded the GreenCanteen seal.
