Happy New Year to a healthy 2023 – best with a good drink!Happy New Year to a healthy 2023 – best with a good drink!

Tomorrow is the turn of the year. We wanted to give you another suggestion for a drink to celebrate on your New Year’s Eve – the Horse’s Neck!

The Horse’s Neck is an absolute long drink classic and a typical highball.
The cocktail is thus also “built” in a highball glass, that is, a tall tumbler of medium size, that is, prepared directly in the glass and not in the stirring glass or cocktail shaker.
This long drink owes its name to the thinly sliced, long lemon spiral, the end of which hangs out of the glass and is thus said to be similar to a horse’s head.

The Horse’s Neck inspires with a versatile taste experience, as the soft caramel notes of the whiskey join forces with the freshness of the ginger from the ginger ale. Then add the splash of Angostura bitters for that extra dose of spice. Quickly made and really good. Cheers and enjoy!

The whole PACE team now wishes you all a sparkling-happy slide into a healthy 2023.
