The asparagus season has begun and, of course, the spring vegetables must not be missing from our menu.
The kitchen team of the PAPA will therefore conjure up an asparagus dish for you every day this week from Tuesday to Thursday.
The choice for the noble vegetable is recommended not only because of the taste. Asparagus is low in calories because of its high water content and at the same time rich in minerals and vitamins!
To whet your appetite, here are the asparagus dishes that PAPA will be preparing for you this week:
Tuesday, April 26:
Breaded pork fillet escalope (homemade), boiled potatoes and fresh Beelitz asparagus with hollandaise sauce or melted butter
Wednesday, April 27:
Farmed salmon steak, boiled potatoes and fresh Beelitz asparagus with Hollandaise sauce or melted butter
Thursday, April 28:
Homemade tagliatelle with roasted Beelitz asparagus tips, cherry tomatoes, basil, roasted chicken breast strips and parmesan cheese
All dishes are offered at the price of € 15.50 each.
