HAVE A GREAT (ASPARAGUS) TIME AT THE JOURNALISTENCLUB!

Spring has finally arrived and the asparagus season has also begun.

 

So of course we will conjure up something delicious for you with this popular vegetable.

 

On Friday, April 29, 2022, we will once again offer you the opportunity to enjoy a very special dinner with a friend of your choice in the exclusive rooms on the 19th floor of the Axel Springer high-rise building. (The guest does not have to be a member of the Axel Springer Family).

The start of the dinner is 7 pm. However, you will have the opportunity to get in the mood with an aperitif starting at 6 p.m. in the Ullstein Bar.

 

This time you can expect the following high-quality 3-course menu:

 

Cream of asparagus soup with marinated crayfish tails

Beelitz asparagus, veal back steak with tarragon crust, early potatoes and hollandaise sauce

***

White chocolate / asparagus mousse with strawberries, rhubarb and green asparagus

 

The price of the menu is 49 € / person. This includes a bottle of water and a bottle of wine.

Payment can be made via employee ID card, debit or credit card. A subsidy cannot be claimed here.

 

Reserve a table until Tuesday, 26 2022, 3 pm at journalistenclub@pace.berlin and enjoy a springtime asparagus dinner at JOURNALISTENCLUB with the best view over Berlin.

It is worth to be fast, because due to the hygiene rules the number of places is limited.

 

The prerequisite for visiting the JOURNALISTENCLUB as an external guest is to be vaccinated or convalesced or tested and to show the respective proof of this (3G). Thus, those who are not fully vaccinated or recovered must present either a rapid antigen test that is no more than 24 hours old or a PCR test that is no more than 48 hours old.
