More than 15 years ago, a restaurant was opened. It was called “Paparazzi”, and was also known as “Axel Springer Kantine”. With this restaurant also founded the brand PACE, as an acronym for Paparazzi Catering & Events.
10 additional restaurants and catering businesses, an independent event agency that manages 600 major events a year and the rise of PACE to a wholly owned subsidiary of Axel Springer later, the signs now point to a new start.
We’re getting a fresh coat of paint, a reorientation, a rebranding that takes into account that growth and the people who were involved in it. Diese Menschen seid ihr. Therefore, from now on, PACE stands for “People At Axel Springer Creating Catering And Events”.
