We celebrate with stories served fresh!

Today, on 1 September, we raise our glasses, forks and soup ladles: PACE is turning 20! 🎉

And because we believe that an anniversary should not only be celebrated but also savoured, we invite you to join us on a very special culinary journey through time.

During this first week of September (1–5 September), our two large staff restaurants, PAPA and CANTEEN, will be transformed into a small history arena. Every day, we will serve you a dish inspired by a special event from 2005. Back then, the first cat videos were being uploaded to YouTube, Tokio Hotel was screaming “durch den Monsun” (through the monsoon), Germany suddenly had a pope, and Merkel became chancellor. Oh, and Airbus sent its A380 into the skies.

YouTube saw the light of day in 2005! So at CANTEEN we’re serving Escondido Taguitos with peppers and avocado. At PAPA we’ve got the San Diego Burger – juicy, cheesy, spicy, with everything that gets clicks.
