Every day, we provide up to 5,000 people who work in and around the Axel Springer kiez with good food and drinks. And as diverse as our daily crowd of visitors is, so is the range on offer in our nine outlets.

Compensation for overtime
As we are bound by the collective agreement, compensation or payment for overtime is regulated with a supplement of 33.3 %. However, this does not mean that we have to constantly work overtime here.
Modern technical equipment
If mobile working is feasible for the position, we equip our employees with modern technology (laptop and cell phone). Both can also be turned off after work!
Works Council
PACE has had employee representation since 2008 and is therefore bound by the NGG collective agreements for the hotel and catering industry. Perhaps you will soon be a member.

Flat hierarchies
At PACE, the management structure is characterized by flat hierarchies. This promotes quick decisions, short decision-making paths and collegial cooperation. And we believe that this is why our coffee tastes better than anywhere else.
Company pension scheme
We offer the option of a company pension scheme in the form of deferred compensation. PACE subsidizes this with 16 %. In addition, PACE pays an annual employer contribution of € 240. Because today is already tomorrow.
Leisure days for the elderly
After the age of 55, PACE grants an additional free paid day every second month; from the age of 60, PACE grants an additional free paid day every month. From the age of 100, decaffeinated coffee for life is available.
Target bonus
Axel Springer SE and its subsidiaries allow their employees to participate in the company's success in the form of an annual performance bonus or an annual target bonus. This also makes Santa Claus happy.
