TODAY IS THE “International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste”<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

Can you imagine that one third of the produced amount of food or in other words an estimated 1.3 billion tons of edible food is thrown away worldwide?<\/p>\n

Today on the “International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste”, which was proclaimed by the UN three years ago, we would like to participate in raising awareness about food waste.<\/p>\n

Thus, public and private institutions from across the food system and consumers are also currently being called upon to work together to combat food loss and waste. And we all stand to gain from this, as we can play our part in improving the efficient use of natural resources, mitigating climate change and promoting food security and nutrition.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

AS OF TOMORROW, PACE WILL BE A PARTNER OF TOO GOOD TO GO!<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

PACE thus starts from tomorrow, Friday, 30.9. as a partner of TOO GOOD TO GO<\/a>.
\nThe motto here is to sell surplus food instead of disposing of it. And that for little money.<\/p>\n

So at the DELI, 15 minutes after closing, at 7:15 p.m., you can get a goody bag for \u20ac2.50 with four pastries (from croissants, pretzels, to French rolls, ham-and-cheese croissant to muffin).
\nThe bag can be ordered from today, Thursday, 19:45.
\nThe pickup is then possible tomorrow between 19:15 and 19:30.
