HAVE A GREAT (ASPARAGUS) TIME AT THE JOURNALISTENCLUB!<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

We’ve been longing for spring – now it’s finally here and with it the asparagus season starts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Of course, we can’t resist conjuring up something delicious for you from this popular vegetable.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

On Friday, June 6, 2025<\/span>, we are therefore offering you the opportunity to enjoy a very special dinner with a companion of your choice in the exclusive premises on the 19th floor of the Axel Springer high-rise building. (The accompanying person does not have to be a member of the Axel Springer Family! You would simply have to register your external guests via the Axel Springer visitor management system Guest4U<\/a>).<\/p>\n

The meal starts at 7 pm.
\nHowever, you have the opportunity to get into the mood before with an aperitif in the Ullstein Bar from 6 pm.<\/p>\n

This time you can expect the following high-quality 3-course<\/span> menu:<\/p>\n

Oldenburg char tartare with asparagus panna cotta, apricot and dill ice cream<\/span><\/h4>\n

Dry aged pork cheeks with Beelitz asparagus, potato and wild herb mousseline and balsamic onion<\/span><\/h4>\n

Strawberries with sponge cake, mascarpone cream, chocolate ganache, green asparagus and pepper<\/span><\/h4>\n

The price for the menu is 65 \u20ac\/person. This includes water, wine, beer and coffee specialties.<\/p>\n

Payment can be made by employee ID card, EC card or credit card.
\nA subsidy cannot be claimed here.<\/p>\n
