SAVE SURPLUS FOOD WITH TOO GOOD TO GO!<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
Sustainability in gastronomy is of course also a major, important topic for us at PACE. For many years now, we have been tackling a number of sustainability issues such as CO2 consumption, food waste and reusable packaging, and we will keep you regularly informed about these and our progress in the near future.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the area of food waste, we have been working for years to drastically reduce food waste. One measure to achieve this is our cooperation with Too Good To Go!<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

At the DELI we have been offering Magic Bags with leftover baked goods (and salad at PAPA) for over 2 years and at PAPA for over a year. In total, we have already sold over 1300 Magic Bags. These are handed out at the end of the day for a small amount of money, saving the food they contain from being thrown away.
\nAnd in terms of the impact on climate change, we have been able to avoid 253 kg of CO2 equivalents at PAPA and even 3.1 tons of CO2 equivalents at DELI in recent years!<\/p><\/div>\n

If you would like to help save the day, just check the Too Good to Go<\/a> app <\/a>to see which Magic Bags are available at the PAPA and\/or the DELI.<\/p>\n

If there are any leftovers, they can be collected from PAPA as Magic Bags (baked goods and\/or salad) from Monday to Friday at 3:15 pm, and from DELI between 4:15 and 4:30 pm. A Magic Bag costs \u20ac2.50 each and contains food worth \u20ac7.50.<\/p>\n
